JOB TITLE: Server

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To provide every guest with friendly, courteous and timely food and beverage service.
Portray a positive and cooperative attitude at all times.
Keep service area stocked with supplies and keep the work area orderly and clean.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food as ordered.
Collect payment and give appropriate change.
Observe workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Must be ABC certified at time of hire or within 30 days of hire candidate.
Neat appearance, friendly, cooperative, alert, and pleasant personality.
Able to learn the Point of Sale system and basic guest service procedures.
Ability to perform the manipulation of numbers and basic math calculations.
